ADDO's Objectives are twofold:
Firstly, ADDO wants to improve the living and education standards for those in DORY. Providing basic education for free to these communities helps improve literacy and creates employment opportunities for youth of Dory. Employment creates additional opportunities to improve living standards, sustainability and growth within these communities. Short-term support is provided through building fresh water wells, providing basic shelter for families, improving drainage systems, building schools, facilitating recreational activities and improving farming practices in Dory. This support continues to be ADDO's primary and most import objective.
Secondly, ADDO is currently looking into ways to assist Haitian refugees in the United States, by breaking the French to English barrier, providing food, clothing, shelter, tutoring, school supplies, and other basic needs to communities in the South Florida area.
Presently, ADDO consist of eleven (11) Board of Directors and four Regions of this Organization; which includes the United States, Haiti, France and Canada.
