ADDO is a non-profit Organization based in central Florida, Which focuses on the education and living needs of the poor in several communities around Dory, Haiti Recently ADDO has also started to explore support  opportunities for Haitian refugees in South Florida. Our Goal is to give hope to the hopeless and create a community where all people can lead free and dignified lives. We aim to ensure that no opportunities for action or Collaboration are missed or wasted.

59% of the Population lives on less then US$2 per day (World Bank 2012)

90% of Primary Schools are Non-Public and Managed by Communities, Religious Organizations or NGOs. (USAID 2007)

A WORD FROM OUR CEO

Hello and Thank you for visiting our Site.

Our Desire to help those in Haiti has never been greater: due to a combination of natural disasters, lack of medical support, malnutrition and limited access to education - the people of Haiti are in desperate need. We help by providing the basic necessities, That those in developed countries often take for granted, to those that need it the most.

I pledge to you, that 100% of all money donated for specific project will go directly to that project. Our current projects include: Free medical screening, Building local drink wells, Community infrastructure, and Educational Scholarships for the youth of Dory.

We are 501(c)3 Organization and that means every thing. Anything that you, Or a company, Or another organization donates to ADDO is tax deductible.

CURRENT PROJECTS

8 FRESH WATER DRINKING WELLS

In 2015, ADDO built 8 fresh water drinking wells in 6 communities (DORY, REGNER, MENARD, BRODQUIN, CADOUNE, JACQUIN). Many more wells are required for other communities, but this requires additional funding.

REBUILDING THE LOCAL PARISH

In 2015, ADDO provided grants to the local catholic church in Dory to help rebuild the parish hall that was damage by Hurricane sandy (2012). After this Terrible Tragedy, The community was left devastated.

EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS

Starting in 2014, ADDO began providing scholarships to the youth of Dory. ADDO is on-track to doubling this number in 2016/17 (between 45-50), to give more opportunities to those in the wider Dory community.

FREE MEDICAL SCREENING

Medical Screening is limited within the communities of Dory, and often requires travel up to 32 Miles to the nearest city Even for basic visit to the doctor. Most of the people within Dory do not have the means or money to have basic health checks.

You can Donate Money, goods or equipment, Or you can contact us to organize sponsorship of a Haitian child in-need. Either way, You will be helping those in dire circumstances, to help them rebuild their lives.
